• Directed design of FiberEdge, the branding of EATEL's new phone, Internet and TV product delivered via the FTTH network, involving implementing an internal sales training program, conditioning sales staff to automatically utilize up-selling and cross-selling techniques during every customer interaction.
• Spearheaded a change management initiative to transform the internal monopolistic mindset, to navigate a changing market with increased competition and a heightened focus on price, quality and service.

• Directed daily operations including managing 12 direct reports, developing short and long-range growth strategies, managing fiscal resources, overseeing projects and leading creative execution functions.
• Led the development, design, launch and on-going management for LSUsports.net – the nation’s first collegiate website to stream live video of sporting events.
• Lead direct sales efforts to fuel the launch of Fancast (a white-labeled version of LSUsports.net), involving traveling to 50+ nationwide universities to assess athletic department needs, present solution and secure adoption.
