Due to a highly competitive Gymwear market featuring brands such as; Gymshark, Sweaty Betty and LuLuLemon, V3 Apparel had hit stagnant growth for a number of months across their DTC offering. They were looking for a way to increase sales and reach.With my clients I primarily operate in three month sprints. For V3, we initially created a combination ofSearch (Broad & Phrase Match KWs), and Smart Shopping, utilising V3’s high quality content and different product lines. Additionally, we analysed and expanded to new markets (USA and Denmark) togenerate new revenue streams.After the three month sprint, we have greatly improved V3’s DTC offering. We increased their Revenue by£60K (405%) and achieved a ROAS of 10:1.Additionally, 20% of this incremental revenue came from new markets; Denmark and USA. Future plansinclude expanding to more European markets and aligning campaigns with new product launches.

V3 we have a strong B2B offering but have lagged on our B2C side. We gave the Luke full autonomy to boost our revenue. They put a plan in place from Day 1 and now our DTC side of the business is thriving. I’m looking forward to pushing this even further forward and our goal is to hit £1,000,000 of revenue from Google Ads annually and capitalising on Black Friday this year.
