Step 1

Recruit top marketers

We only invite top performers to join our network, typically folks with experience at well-respected companies. Most of our marketers are referred and endorsed by another trusted member of Growth Collective
Step 2

Review channel expertise

We conduct a thorough review of every candidate’s work experience, reviews and portfolio to get a sense of their level and channel expertise. Where necessary, we conduct reference checks or skill assessments.
Step 3

Live or video interview

In our interviews, we look for exceptional problem-solving abilities, business acumen, channel expertise and communication skills. We only accept candidates who we would hire ourselves.
Step 4

On-going accountability

Once hired, we check-in regularly with clients to make sure quality and communication are up to par. We do not tolerate sub-par work or poor communication for any reason.
