Our Process

Step 1

Finding Experts

We find only the best talent to invite into our network. We keep a close eye on the marketing world and source through several different avenues to find the top experts. We encourage and often look for talent referred from trusted members of Growth Collective's network. Even though we are highly selective, we keep an open application process and invite anyone to apply.
Step 2

Certification

We expect every marketer who joins our network to have a high level of professionalism. To maintain this standard, we require our experts to complete an extensive certification process to become certified by Growth Collective in the primary Channels or Tools in which they specialize.
Step 3

Client Success Verification

Once we’ve vetted talent through our rigorous process, we validate that our experts are best-in-class by verifying the high-quality work that they have done. We request case studies and verified references to vouch for their expertise within a particular domain.
Step 4

Video Interviews or Skill Assessments

When necessary, we conduct video interviews or skill assessments to look for exceptional problem-solving abilities, business acumen, subject matter expertise, and outstanding communication skills. We only accept candidates who we would hire ourselves.
Step 5

On-going accountability

Once hired, we check-in regularly with clients to make sure quality and communication are up to par. We do not tolerate sub-par work or poor communication for any reason.
