I was the product advocate, evangelist and overall champion for Unified COMM's and Contact Centre. I was responsible for the market success of the primary product portfolio and communicating a unique market position.
This included development of existing products and road maps, market analysis, asset creation, vendor management to tailor specific solutions for set verticals, product training and marketing new products to enhance lead generation.
